For the sultry sista whose skin has been kiss by the sun.  Her hair is dry and lifeless like over cooked cornbread from chemicals, dyes and straighteners. Let me take this opportunity and remind you that beauty first comes from within. Secondly, natural beauty radiates outwardly. I know that we are tired of our thighs rubbin together, but let's start from the top.

From childhood we where told that our hair was supposed to be straight, but now we have the freedom to be natural. We can now be who God created us to be  free from inhibitions.  The next few pages will give you tips on how to care for yournatural locs and coloured skin for you and your family.
